If you are not able to book and pay online or over the phone through our Customer Contact Centre, there are selected Queensland Rail City network stations that can accept payment for long distance rail tickets. All Queensland Rail station ticket offices in South East Queensland (SEQ) provide cashless ticketing only. Please make a booking first over the phone on 1800 872 467 and you'll be provided with a booking number and a payment deadline.
