Nambour​

Nambour railway station is on the Sunshine Coast line of the Queensland Rail city network and is located between Price Street on the northern side of the station and Civic Way on the southern side.

The station has two platforms with tracks at each side. A car park is located on the northern side of the station which has accessible parking and bike storage. The Nambour Bus Station, a taxi bay, a kiss 'n' ride drop off zone and a payphone are located on the southern side of the station off Civic Way.

There are accessible pathways to the platforms from the accessible parking bays and the kiss 'n' ride drop off zone using a lift up to the platforms which is located next to the kiss 'n' ride drop off zone, or a path from through the station office which is located in the middle of the platforms.

Platform 1 is located on the northern side of the station and platform 2 is on the southern side. The station office in the middle of the platforms contains fare gates to the platforms, a hearing aid loop, sheltered seating and a ticket machine. A small building at the eastern end of the platforms contains male and female toilets and a unisex accessible toilet. Outside the building there is a station help phone and a drinking fountain. There is a customer information screen in the middle of the platforms and a hearing aid loop, a station help phone, and next train information towards the western end. The middle of each platform also includes sheltered seating. Tactile indicators are installed along the edges of the platforms.

Care should be taken when getting on or off the train in these areas. There is no level access to the long distance trains from the platform. If you need assistance boarding, please let our staff know at the time of booking, and we will be happy to help.
